  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or customs (if applicable).

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbours or local delivery offices.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
